🔑 1. Acquisitions Manager
As an Acquisitions Manager, you’ll be on the front lines negotiating with property sellers, building relationships, and locking in deals. This is the role for natural communicators and deal hunters who thrive on results.💰 Earning Potential: 10% of every assignment fee closed. With the volume of deals we do, top performers regularly clear five figures per month.
📈 2. Dispositions Manager
As a Dispositions Manager, you’ll take the deals we have under contract and match them with the right buyers. You’ll manage relationships with investors, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth closings.
💰 Earning Potential: 10% of every assignment fee. Strong networkers in this role can earn substantial monthly income by moving multiple deals consistently.🎯 3. Lead Generation Specialist
Our Lead Generation Specialists are the engine of the business. You’ll be working directly on text campaigns, calls, and other marketing efforts to bring in motivated seller leads. If you’re competitive and love the chase, this role is for you.
💰 Earning Potential: Hourly pay plus progressive commissions on qualified leads. The better you perform, the more you earn — with no ceiling.
